Visit 1: Rapid Access Consultation – 15 minutes
Meet virtually with Dr. Asempa within 1 business day to discuss your hair or scalp concerns, medical history, and next steps.
Visit 2: Comprehensive Follow-Up – 25 minutes, included at no additional cost
Your second visit provides additional time to discuss your diagnosis, treatment options, and personalized care plan in greater detail.
After your first visit, we’ll mail you a personal at-home dermatoscope, a small device that attaches to your phone and captures highly magnified images of your scalp and hair follicles. You’ll use it to send Dr. Asempa detailed images before your follow-up, so she can evaluate your condition with precision. Your follow-up will typically be scheduled within 14 days of your first visit.

Align Hair Membership

The Align Hair Membership is an excellent way to stay on track long-term.

If you cancel, you’ll simply be billed the standard pay-per-visit rate for any visits you’ve already completed, and any membership payments you’ve already made will be credited toward that.
New Skin Visit
20 minutes | $149
A focused evaluation for one primary skin concern, such as acne, eczema, rosacea, discoloration, or developing a skincare routine.
After booking, you will complete an intake form and receive instructions for taking clear, well-lit photographs of the affected area.
Before your appointment, Dr. Asempa will review your intake form and photographs. During your visit, she will explain her assessment and develop a personalized treatment plan with you.
Please note: Virtual visits are not appropriate for urgent or emergent full body rashes, full-body skin cancer screenings or for evaluating new, changing, bleeding, or otherwise concerning growths on the skin.
Follow- up Hair-loss or Scalp Condition Visit
